In most cases the error is related to a pathing issue of your website.  The more modules you may have installed, the more the site may vary from its original format.  Our modules are built using a clean shopping cart system.  It is nearly impossible to build each module around other modules, not knowing which ones are specifically installed on your system. 

Our suggestion is to double check that you followed the instructions provided with the module first.  If you feel that everything is fine, then we suggest calling our office to assist with the installation process.

Most of our modules come with an installer file, similar to the one that was released with the newer versions of Candy Press.  In most cases, simply upload the installer folder to the main directory of your site, open a browser window, and navigate to the folder.  From here, the installer script will guide to you the rest of the process.

NOTE:The installer script does look for the main directories of Candy Press like the Admin Folder and Config folder.  If by chance you renamed these folders, you will need to temporarily rename the folders accordingly inorder to complete the installation.

Each module we offer is suited for the specific version it was designed for.  Once in a while you may find a module that will work and install perfectly between versions of Candy Press.  If this happens, you got lucky.  Unfortunately, we don't guarantee modules that are installed in versions they were not initially developed for.  The best thing to do is ask.  Some modules do not require a lot of changes and in those cases, installation may be easy.  However there are cases where you may not get off as easy.  When in doubt, give us a call.

That's a tricky question and the best answer we can give you is that it depends.  Each customer is different as are the jobs they present us with.  Some projects may only take an hour or two to complete, while others may take 20 or more hours.  The best thing you can do is to call or email us with a list of your requirements and the time fram you are looking to have the project completed.  Our estimates are all in writing and valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.  Estimates are FREE, so please don't hesitate to ask.  There is no job too small and definately no job too big for us to handle.

Yes and no.  We do not accept PayPal via our checking out process.  If you wish to pay via PayPal, we suggest that you call us first prior to making your purchase.  Do to our feelings in the lack of security protection PayPal offers, we produly use GoEMerchant for all of our credit card transactions.
